Ok I know what you're thinking, "that just sounds silly!" Yeah it does doesn't it? I was on a health board I visit quite often and we were discussing the Paleo diet. I've been eating mostly that way for awhile now with a few slip-ups. I did however wonder why they didn't allow beans or dairy. Well, it turns out that they believe that cavemen 100,000 years ago didn't eat beans or dairy. Being a creationist and believing the world is only 6,000 or so years old, that changes things. People in biblical times did eat dairy and beans. So, here's my new version of Paleo. Think I'm crazy? That's ok, at least I still get to eat beans and cheese. Yeah for Mexican Food!
In case you don't know what a Paleo diet is, here's a link for you :)

Don't get me wrong, this isn't a poorly written book and I love that it has God's truth's all over in it. It's hard for me to review a book like this in general. Each page or two has a theme and then verses that go along with it for encouragement. This is generally the kind of book I steer clear from because it's not the kind of read I like. However, for someone who likes this kind of book, it is a neat reminder on how we are God's princess and how He loves and cares for us.
"I received this book for free from WaterBrook Multnomah Publishing Group for this review."
