Beef Stew

This is our new favorite beef stew recipe.  It's amazing and super simple!

Ingredients:
1.5 lbs stew meat (more or less to your liking)
1/4 cup flour or 2 tablespoons corn starch
fresh ground pepper
1 clove minced garlic
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 onion, chopped
3 potatoes, peeled and diced
4 carrots peeled and diced
1 1/2 cups beef broth

Direction:
1. Place meat in slow cooker with flour and pepper. Coat meat with flour and stir in garlic, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, onion, broth, potatoes, and carrots.
2. Cover and cook on low setting for 10-12 hours on high or 4-6 hours on low.
